BBQ cauliflower (Baked) https://youtu.be/6gX-CqUY63E BBQ cauliflower (Deep Fried) 1 Head of cauliflower (sliced to bun sized) 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 3 tbl apple cider vinegar 1 cup whole wheat flour (or flour of your choice) Sea salt White pepper Onion powder Garlic powder Smoked paprika Cole Slaw: 1 cup red cabbage (roughly chopped) 2 cups broccoli slaw mix (purchased from Whole Foods) 3 tbl plain dairy free yogurt (sub vegan mayo) 1 tbl apple cider vinegar 2 tsp maple syrup 1 tsp Dijon mustard 4 cloves minced garlic sea salt & pepper to taste Terra chips where purchased from Whole foods Connect with me! It's Wednesday, so you know what that means...NEW RECIPE VIDEO 🥞 These pancakes are egg free & dairy free!! They come out so fluffy!
*Makes 4 fluffy pancakes*
Double the recipe to make 8 fluffy pancakes OR to make 16 mini pancakes.
-1 cup of flour
-1 tablespoon of sugar
-2 tablespoons of baking powder
-1/8 teaspoon of salt
-1 cup of non-dairy milk
(I used Flaxseed milk)
-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
-1/2 cup of non-dairy chocolate chips
(I used @enjoylifefoods brand)
1.) Combine all ingredients and mix until completely stirred together.
2.) Pan fry on medium heat. Flipping when edges are stiff and air bubbles are popping through.
3.) Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
