Heat up a nonstick pan over medium-low heat and add butter. Once butter is melted, pour in eggs and stir constantly with a rubber spatula. Once eggs begin to solidify, swirl the pan to fill in any gaps. Run the spatula along the edge of the pan to make sure i doesn't stick. When eggs have set in an even layer, add toppings of choice. Carefully, by tipping the pan slightly, fold the omelette over on itself. Enjoy! Vegan Chocolate Chip Pancakes 3 cups all-purpose flour 450 g 1 tsp salt 5 g 1 teaspoon baking powder 5 g 2 tablespoons sugar 30 g 1/4 cup vegetable oil 60 ml 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 2,5 mL 3 cups soy milk 750 mL 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips (75 g) 3 tablespoons of oil or as needed for cooking In a bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and whisk until the mixture is smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. In a non-stick pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Pour about 60 ml (1/4 cup) of batter. Cook the pancakes for about 2 minutes on each side adding oil as needed. It's Wednesday, so you know what that means...NEW RECIPE VIDEO 🥞 These pancakes are egg free & dairy free!! They come out so fluffy!
*Makes 4 fluffy pancakes*
Double the recipe to make 8 fluffy pancakes OR to make 16 mini pancakes.
-1 cup of flour
-1 tablespoon of sugar
-2 tablespoons of baking powder
-1/8 teaspoon of salt
-1 cup of non-dairy milk
(I used Flaxseed milk)
-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
-1/2 cup of non-dairy chocolate chips
(I used @enjoylifefoods brand)
1.) Combine all ingredients and mix until completely stirred together.
2.) Pan fry on medium heat. Flipping when edges are stiff and air bubbles are popping through.
3.) Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
