Allow to sit for 10-20 min until a gooey texture is achieved. 4)Preheat oven to 330F 5) Add remaining ingredients to food processor and process until mostly smooth but still a little bit chunky. 6) Place mixture in a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. 7) Bake for about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Individual ovens vary, so it could be anywhere from 1 hour 15 min to 1 hour 30 min. 8) Wait 30 min or so before slicing (if you can :P ) MUSIC by Vexento:

Buckwheat Crêpes (Galettes Bretonnes)

Get the full recipe: Traditional French Buckwheat Flour Pancakes – Incredibly Light & Flavorful! Here’s a buckwheat crêpe batter that’s absolutely marvelous for savory crêpes. This batter yields super-light crêpes, but the buckwheat makes the thin pancakes extra-flavorful and a bit different than what you're used to. In fact, crêpes made with buckwheat go by a different name in France: galettes bretonnes. And they work amazingly well with savory flavors! A simple and delicious way to eat them is to sprinkle them with grated cheese (an aged Gruyère or Fontina is always sublime!), warm them in a pan until the cheese melts, and then fold or roll them up. Served with a green salad, they’re perfect for a snack or a light lunch. But you can also use this batter to make a more sophisticated main course, like buckwheat crêpes with mushrooms en persillade and goat cheese fonduta (click here for the recipe and video: )… so, so delicious!
