How to Spiralize & Freeze Zucchini Noodles (Zoodles)

Making (spiralizing) & freezing zucchini noodles (zoodles) is a great way to enjoy zucchini from the garden in the winter, and it is a healthy alternative in stir-fry and in soup, especially for the many who are choosing to go gluten free. *I mentioned that cutting the zoodles is a good choice, and I probably should have said "it is a necessity," because this type of noodle is not easy to chew/cut apart the way regular pasta is, so having it already cut in smaller, more manageable bits is very helpful.* *Also, to use the frozen zoodles: simply remove from the freezer and defrost. Once defrosted, cook the main meal (stir-fry or soup) and add the zoodles toward the end of cooking as they don't need much cooking time.
