This is a very delicious and healthy steamed vegetable dish. Ingredients: 1. several heads of baby bok choy, cut length wise to quarters, rinsed thoroughly 2. chopped garlic 3. 1/2 tsp of corn starch 4. 1 tbsp soy sauce 5. 2tbsp water 6. 1 tbsp of vegetable oil 7. 1 tsp of sugar 8. optional fried shallots
